Write for us
Rising Talent Journal welcomes considered pitches about learning, creative work and the development of a skill. We look for specific ideas that give readers something to notice, try or think through.
What we welcome
Propose an evergreen article about practice, feedback, discovery, creative process or progress. A strong idea has a clear subject, a reader in mind and a useful point that can be explained without overstating what one method can do.
What to include
Send a short summary of the proposed article, why it suits the Journal and a few lines about your approach to the subject. Mention any relevant experience honestly, and flag sources or illustrations you expect the piece to rely on.
Sending a proposal
Proposals are sent through the Contact page. Please do not submit a complete article unless requested; an outline is enough for an initial review. A proposal is not a promise of publication.
Talent is a beginning, not a verdict
A promising start matters, but it does not set a limit. Attention, practice and thoughtful adjustment can change what a person is able to do.
